Dr. Martin McDowell grew up on a farm in Markham Township. He attended the University of Waterloo’s School of Optometry after which he founded Stouffville Optometry. He has also served as the Executive Director of the Canadian Examiners in Optometry, the Assistant Registrar of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, and has volunteered his professional services in Nicaragua, Haiti, and Ghana. Martin is interested in skiing, cooking and golf.
